- Project Management: Lead the execution of data and cloud projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Solution Design: Support the development of cloud-native architectures and analytics platforms tailored to client needs.
- People and Delivery: Mentor team members and coordinate with clients to deliver consistent, data-driven outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in a leadership or management role, driving delivery of complex AI and data-driven projects.
- Proven track record in leading AI/ML engineering teams, overseeing end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment within agile, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and architectures, with the ability to apply them to real-world business challenges across industries such as financial services, retail, and technology.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and modern MLOps practices.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agents SDK etc.
- Skilled in selecting algorithms and training classical ML or deep learning models.
- Confident in client-facing settings, with the ability to understand business needs, frame opportunities, and translate them into effective, scalable technology solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capability, fostering collaboration, growth, and delivery excellence in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Genuine passion for AI/ML innovation, with fluency in collaborating with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Drive client transformation by shaping and delivering AI-powered digital solutions that address strategic priorities, enhance performance, and unlock new sources of value.
- Lead and guide teams in exploring complex, high-volume data sets from some of the world’s largest organizations to solve real-world business challenges.
- Design and develop scalable prototypes and accelerators, applying software engineering best practices and object-oriented programming principles to ensure robustness, performance, and reusability.
- Advance PwC’s internal AI and data science toolkits, developing highly optimized code and reusable components to accelerate client delivery.
- Contribute to business development through client proposal materials, thought leadership, and participation in PwC’s ecosystem of innovation.
- Mentor and upskill colleagues, contributing to the continuous learning culture of the firm and promoting excellence in technical delivery, storytelling, and problem-solving.
