Join our growing Valuations team as a Manager, contributing to success across the KSA and other Middle East markets. You will lead valuation engagements, providing independent valuations to enhance deal value and ensure transparency in financial reporting. The Middle East’s dynamic M&A market offers vast growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive Advisory and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform business and equity valuations using various methods (Income, Market, and Net Assets Approaches).

  • Conduct purchase price allocations and intangible asset valuations (IFRS 3 & 13).

  • Deliver expert valuation opinions and reports to senior clients.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate teams on valuation projects.

  • Manage project economics, billing, and collections.

  • Support junior team members and collaborate across service lines.

  • Develop proposals to win new business and maintain compliance with risk requirements.

Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: 6+ years of professional experience with a focus on Valuations for Deals and Financial Reporting.

  • Minimum Degree Required: Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s degree) or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement 

  • CFA, qualified ACA or ACCA equivalent designations are preferred.

  • Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work away from the base location.

  • Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude, possess both financial and commercial acumen and enjoy problem solving to understand the drivers of a business, analyze their data and use this to provide insight and advice to our clients.

  • Passion for innovation, technology, and new tools, and applying and developing yourself to new areas (e.g., quickly getting up to speed with tools, analytical approaches and business challenges).

  • The ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally and externally.
