Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.
The Tech Delivery Enablement Specialist role focuses on supporting project delivery lifecycles and enabling tools and assets within PwC’s Technology Managed Services. The position involves coordination, onboarding, documentation management, and deployment of reusable assets to improve operational efficiency and standardization.

Delivery coordination and support: The specialist maintains project delivery plans, tracks milestones, manages resource profiles, identifies delivery risks and dependencies, and collaborates with third-party vendors to fill capability gaps. They also act as the SME for vendor Joint Business Reviews (JBRs).

Transition and asset management: Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities post-contract, distributing onboarding kits and documentation, tracking readiness during transitions, researching and evaluating new delivery tools, maintaining standardized templates and documentation, and improving toolsets based on feedback.

Reporting and enablement: The specialist supports updating delivery performance dashboards, preparing review materials for leadership, collaborating with analytics teams, maintaining knowledge repositories, conducting training sessions, and promoting consistent use of reusable delivery assets.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support & Coordination

Assist in maintaining integrated project delivery plans, tracking milestones, resource capacity, sprint health, and backlogs.

Collaborate with workstream leads to identify delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.

Initiate and track resource profile requests from our different delivery channels.

Work with third party vendors to identify profiles to fill internal capability gaps.

Act as the JBR SME to initiate, refresh, and track vendor JBRs.
Transition & Mobilization Support

Support the coordination of onboarding activities post-contract award, including knowledge transfer and team mobilization tasks.

Distribute and maintain onboarding kits, SOPs, and project startup documentation.

Track readiness and flag risks or delays during transition phases.
Asset & Tools Management

Research new delivery tools, gather pricing, lead evaluations, and provide findings and recommendations to leadership.

Support the curation and upkeep of standardized delivery templates, trackers, dashboards, and playbooks.

Manage documentation version control, storage, and accessibility for delivery teams.

Gather feedback from active engagements to improve existing toolsets and frameworks.
Reporting & Dashboards

Support the updating of delivery performance dashboards and governance trackers with project data (KPIs, issues, resources, etc.).

Assist in preparing delivery review materials for Monthly/Quarterly Service Reviews and internal leadership reporting.

Collaborate with data analytics teams to integrate reporting sources when needed.
Knowledge & Enablement

Maintain internal repositories for delivery enablement assets and knowledge articles.

Conduct training or onboarding sessions for new team members on tools, frameworks, and delivery standards.

Help promote consistency in the use of reusable assets across different projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience

Exposure to agile delivery environments, managed services, or consulting projects.
- Experience with service transition, project coordination, reporting, and tracking.
Technical & Delivery Knowledge

Understanding of cloud, cyber, AES, digital workplace, and ITSM.

Experience working with and managing relationships with third party vendors.

Familiarity with delivery methodologies: Agile, ITIL, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.

Experience in knowledge management, content governance, or delivery tool configuration is a plus.
