As a Talent Assessment Facilitator – Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping support our Human Capital Managed Services Clients. Your primary focus will be on facilitating client talent assessments, but you’ll also have the opportunity to work on engagement across different areas of talent management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support lead assessors and interviewers in the delivery of interviews, simulations, role plays, group exercises, and other assessment activities.
- Facilitate assessment sessions by briefing candidates, explaining instructions, managing timekeeping, and ensuring smooth session flow.
- Provide Arabic–English and English–Arabic translation support during interviews, briefings, or simulations when required, ensuring meaning and intent are accurately conveyed without influencing assessment outcomes.
- Ensure all assessment materials, tools, scoring sheets, and digital platforms are prepared and available prior to sessions.
- Clarify assessment instructions, rules, and time limits in Arabic or English where language support is required, escalating any issues to the lead assessor.
- Provide operational and logistical support during assessment centers, including room setup, virtual session management, and transitions between exercises.
- Capture and document administrative observations, attendance, and session notes (without influencing assessment judgments).
- Support assessors by managing evidence collection processes, ensuring notes and ratings are properly logged and submitted.
- Assist in candidate query management, providing clarification in Arabic or English within defined boundaries and escalating content-related questions.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, neutrality, and linguistic accuracy throughout the assessment process.
- Support post-assessment activities, including material collection, documentation checks, and handover to assessment operations teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment delivery by providing feedback on logistics, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
- Contribute to building our assessment delivery practice capability and team.
- Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent assessment, management or acquisition roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field
