DESCRIPTION

As a Senior HRBP for JED FC you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan for the fulfillment center in Jeddah, SAU. You will work closely with the operations team providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice. You will utilize your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our customers.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on regional HR projects. You aim to deliver the highest quality service to our internal and external customers.

Key job responsibilities
•Own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.
•Develop plans and write detailed documents to reflect proposed initiatives, reasoning and data analysis, mechanisms for execution and time lines
•Ensure compliance with HR policies, train and coach leaders and HR resources and create strong relationship with Shared Service Centers and through hands-on admin delivery as necessary.
•Provide management support and advice to build leadership capabilities.
•Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity;
•Support key HR projects and process improvements
•Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
•Ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations and also across Corporate business units locally
•Coordinate all personnel representative relationships and legal compliance issues.
•Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the HR team in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred) • Experience with HR information systems • 6+ years HR business partner experience • Track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Advanced Excel and reporting skills • Fluent verbal and written communication abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree/MBA in HR or related field • Experience in multinational companies • Warehouse/fulfillment center experience • Demonstrated change management expertise • Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working with hourly and executive employees • Customer obsession • Analytical mindset • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to work independently • Adaptability in ambiguous situations • Results-oriented approach
