As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.Job Summary:
What does this role aim to achieve in the firm / what impact does the role create
This role is designed for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on SailPoint solutions. The successful candidate will support a large-scale client engagement in KSA by helping to govern, oversee, and support the implementation of an IAM framework. This position contributes directly to enhancing client security postures, enabling compliance, and ensuring sustainable IAM operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectations
- 
IAM Governance Support: Provide assistance in coordinating between the IAM governance and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and delivery objectives. 
- 
SailPoint Implementation Oversight: Support the execution of IAM initiatives, especially those involving SailPoint solutions, ensuring alignment with defined frameworks. 
- 
Project Monitoring: Perform regular progress reviews of implementation vendors and ensure project milestones are met. 
- 
Deliverables Review: Assist in reviewing technical and strategic deliverables, ensuring quality, completeness, and relevance to business needs. 
- 
Risk Management: Help identify risks related to IAM implementation and support the development of mitigation strategies. 
- 
IAM Framework Execution: Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the overall IAM framework, ensuring operational sustainability. 
- 
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation of processes, project updates, and provide regular status reports to internal and client stakeholders. 
Expected Skills:
Specific learned abilities or technical skills

Solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ. 
- 
Strong understanding of IAM governance models, role-based access control, provisioning, and access reviews. 
- 
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS). 
- 
Experience working in enterprise-level IAM environments. 
- 
Foundational understanding of project management and vendor oversight. 
- 
Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication skills. 
- 
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
- 
Knowledge of Arabic (a plus for KSA-based engagements).

Arabic is a plus. 
Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. 
- 
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SC-300, CISSP, CompTIA Security+). 
- 
Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on SailPoint implementation and governance. 
- 
Willingness to travel to and spend significant time in KSA is a must.
