- Design and deliver GRC training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership, technical teams, and compliance personnel.
- Develop learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids that reflect the latest in GRC standards and best practices.
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, scenario-based simulations, and case study discussions.
- Customize content for various business functions (e.g., IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).
- Serve as an internal expert on GRC frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 37301, COSO, NIST, and COBIT.
- Advise on the development and maintenance of risk and compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into training initiatives and actionable guidance.
- Partner with compliance, audit, legal, and business units to ensure alignment between regulatory needs and training content.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify compliance and risk knowledge gaps.
- Define learning KPIs and measure training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback, and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement of the GRC learning strategy, incorporating feedback and industry insights.
- Contribute to enterprise risk culture initiatives by promoting awareness and accountability.
