Role Title: Customer Experience Specialist KSA – Associate 

Role Introduction:  

Customer Experience plays a key role in driving PwC Academy’s presence and impact across Saudi Arabia by leading the planning and execution of client, partner, and learner events and other customer engagements. This role supports the Academy’s mission to build a future-fit workforce by creating engaging, high-quality experiences that strengthen client relationships, showcase PwC thought leadership, and elevate the Academy brand in the Kingdom. 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Planning: 

  • Plan and execute PwC Academy’s annual calendar of events in KSA – including client activations, product launches, graduations, and thought-leadership sessions. 

  • Collaborate with business development, project management and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless delivery, and measurable business impact. 

Execution and operations: 

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and hybrid events, including events clearances, venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination. 

  • Oversee creative production – from event design, branding, and materials to digital assets and post-event reporting. 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining PwC standards in client experience and visual identity. 

  • Track event performance metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI. 

Collaboration & relationship management: 

  • Partner with regional teams to align KSA events with broader Academy and firmwide campaigns. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, venues, and stakeholders to support operational excellence and innovation in event delivery. 

  • Build partnerships with KSA universities and professional bodies to align on business objectives.  

 

Candidate Requirements:  

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. 

  • Certification in Event Management or Project Management (preferred). 

Travel Requirement: Infrequent travel to UAE/ Qatar 

Required Skills:  

  • Strong event planning and project management skills. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. 

  • Proven experience delivering corporate or client-facing events, ideally in a professional service or B2B environment. 

  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and brand awareness. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Fluent in English and Arabic 

Preferred skills: 

  • Basic photography/ videography skills 

Optional Skills:  

  • Experience in virtual/hybrid event platforms (Webex, MS teams). 

  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (eg: Salesforce)
