Business Unit Overview
As part of the Management Consulting team, you’ll shape how organizations operate, perform, and grow. We deliver end-to-end consulting solutions across Finance Transformation, Accounting Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Supply Chain & Efficiency Transformation, Enterprise Solutions and capability building through PwC Academy. It’s where business performance meets human potential, backed by technology, powered by purpose.
How You’ll Contribute
As a CFA Trainer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Deliver high-quality CFA and CMA classes for our open courses and corporate clients.

Facilitate customized finance and investment training for professionals in leading organizations across KSA.

Update and enhance training materials and exam-focused content based on latest curriculum updates.

Provide ongoing academic support to learners, guiding them through the entire learning and exam journey.

Be flexible and available to deliver up to 150 training days per year, including evenings or weekends when required.

Represent PwC Academy as a speaker at universities, colleges, and professional events to promote qualifications and career pathways.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high delivery standards and continuous improvement of our offerings.

Participate in faculty training and coaching to stay up to date with best practices in learning delivery.
What will you bring?

CFA Charter holder or completion of all three CFA levels.
-
CMA certified (IMA).
-
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
-
Previous experience in financial services or investment roles.
-
Experience in customized or executive training is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience delivering CFA and/or CMA training.

Bilingual: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of CFA curriculum (preferably up to Level II or III) and CMA (Part 1 & 2) content.

Comfortable using modern training tools (Zoom, LMS, digital annotations).

Passion for education and ability to engage learners and drive exam success.

Ability to adapt delivery style to open programs as well as corporate settings.

Willingness to travel within the Kingdom for client engagements when required.
