Role Introduction:  

You will be responsible for expanding PwC Academy’s AI, Data, and Digital upskilling footprint across the Middle East by designing, positioning, and selling learning solutions to corporate and government clients. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Business Growth & Client Engagement 

  • Support the Academy in meeting business targets across the region by identifying and securing new opportunities. 

  • Implement activities that grow revenue streams from priority clients and targeted accounts, leveraging internal PwC Lines of Service (LoS) and Clients & Markets teams. 

  • Prospect and meet clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your professional network. 

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers for ongoing engagement. 

  • Conduct the entire BD process — from lead generation and proposal to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up. 

  • Work closely with the Digital Academy Leaders to plan and execute annual budgets and growth targets. 

Solution Design & Expertise 

  • Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) on AI, Data, and Digital capability-building programs, providing consultative insights to clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with the Solution Design team to craft responses to RFQs/RFPs and develop tailored proposals that blend technical accuracy with business relevance. 

  • Lead or co-design program outlines and frameworks in partnership with technical trainers, ensuring they align with client objectives and regional market needs. 

  • Plan and deliver solution pitches alongside subject experts, clearly articulating both the technical depth and business value of PwC’s offerings. 

Market Intelligence & Product Innovation 

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry announcements, government initiatives, and competitor activities. 

  • Provide trend analysis and insights for new product launches and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Identify unique selling points and differentiators to position PwC Academy as the preferred partner for AI and Digital upskilling. 

  • Support the promotion and management of open public courses. 

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development 

  • Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, academic institutions, and certification bodies to enhance the the portfolio. 

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to promote programs, share success stories, and highlight client impact. 

  • Collaborate internally with PwC’s Technology, Digital, and Advisory teams to ensure alignment and cross-selling opportunities. 

 

Candidate Requirements:  

  • Experience in professional training services is a must 

  • Proven background and experience in business development, client portfolio and sales in the Middle East region. 

  • Experience in the Big4 or consulting firms is preferred 

  • Experience in the technology industry is a must. 

  • Willingness to challenge norms, think creatively, and build cohesive, high-performing teams. 

  • Commitment to valuing diversity and collaborating effectively with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology Management (required) 

  • Master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, or Business Administration (MBA) (preferred) 

  • Professional certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Data Analytics, or Data & AI certifications are advantageous 

  • L&D, consulting, or business development certifications (Selling, CMC, or CIPD etc.) are a plus 

 

Travel Requirement: 20% travel requirements 

 

Required Skills:  

  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written). 

  • Exceptional consultative selling and solution design capabilities in technology-driven domains. 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Excellent proposal development and project management abilities. 

  • Proven client relationship management and networking skills. 

  • Strategic thinker who can connect AI and digital trends to business and capability outcomes. 

 

Optional Skills:  

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
