ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead the human resources operational day to day activities and excellence by optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals and effective collaboration with Staffco prospect clients and recruitment agencies across the globe.
The holder of this position will manage different aspects of HR activities such as: payroll management and execution, time attendance, induction & learning, end-to-end employee relations, medical insurance management and labor law cases management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and achieve organizational objectives.
Team Leadership
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement as per the approved SLAs of StaffCo.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective operational procedures.
Customer Orientation
- Build a strong and positive relationship with customers and clients and maintain the highest level of client relationship skills to uphold StaffCo. goals.
Resource Management
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Quality Assurance
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that products or services meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives and customer needs.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in similar field.
- Proven experience in HR operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business success.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in operations management.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for operations management (PowerBI, Excel, Reporting & Data Analytics)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or relevant field.
