At PwC, our people in brand management and marketing focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events in line with business priorities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, social media content, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, sponsorships, and activations — including venue setup, vendor management, and attendee support.
  • Help manage campaign calendars, approvals, and reporting across digital and offline channels.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, digital, communications, business teams) to support timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning, targeting, and campaign planning.
  • Assist in tracking marketing performance and preparing dashboards or reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Maintain internal content libraries, contact lists, and project trackers to ensure organised, up-to-date records.
  • Support regional and cross-country collaboration by sharing best practices and learning from other teams across the firm.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects PwC’s brand standards and tone of voice.
  • Ideal candidates will have the following attributes

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or event support role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

Desired

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, or social media channels.
  • Experience supporting campaigns in the Saudi market.
  • Interest in professional services or B2B marketing.
