As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

Are you looking to grow your professional career as a leader in a dynamic team working at the forefront of operational and technology resilience (Business Resilience)? We have openings in our rapidly growing cyber security and business resilience team focusing on this critical capability. You’ll be part of a team that supports your development in the fields of cyber security, operational and technology resilience, and business continuity management.
Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will work collaboratively in teams to support clients in building resilience by embedding measures to prevent, respond to, recover from, and learn from operational disruptions and incidents. This includes a focus on critical services, third parties, technology, data, premises, and people.
You will:
- Help clients develop and implement operational and technology resilience policies, frameworks, and standards.
- Deliver operational and technology resilience reviews (including Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery) to assess current state and develop strategic improvement roadmaps.
- Support the development and enhancement of end-to-end resilience/BCM programs, including risk assessments, threat/scenario analysis, business impact assessments, policy and framework development, and playbook creation.
- Assist in developing and implementing integrated crisis management structures, protocols, and plans.
- Support training exercises to equip organizations with the knowledge to manage resilience risks and operate their resilience/BCM frameworks.
- Participate in business continuity and crisis management exercises to validate resilience capabilities.
- Contribute to project workstreams, sharing knowledge and providing on-the-job support to teammates.
Requirements and Attributes
- Final-year student or graduate in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Science from a recognized university.
- 1–4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: operational and/or technology risk & resilience, business continuity management, disaster recovery planning, technology risk management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively and managing stakeholders.
- Understanding of resilience and business continuity best practices and protocols, including local (e.g., NCEMA) and international standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 22361, EU DORA).
- Experience in planning, designing, and conducting TableTop Exercises or other resilience exercises is a plus.
- Certification in resilience/BCM/DR from a recognized institution (e.g., Business Continuity Institute (BCI), ABCP, ACRP) is beneficial.
