Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Local Content & In-Country Value (ICV) Specialist with an audit background to support our initiatives in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and local content development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local content regulations, conducting audits, and providing strategic insights to maximize ICV contributions. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to implement ICV programs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

ICV Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement ICV strategies to enhance local content in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and national regulations.

ICV Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local content and ICV policies, laws, and regulations, including NIDC guidelines, by maintaining up-to-date documentation and submitting accurate reports to relevant authorities. Audit & Assurance: Utilize audit expertise to conduct internal and external audits related to ICV and local content performance, ensuring accuracy and alignment with statutory requirements and corporate policies.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed analyses of ICV data and metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and actionable recommendations.

ICV Audits & Certifications: Conduct regular ICV audits and facilitate the certification process for suppliers, ensuring that their operations meet the required standards for ICV compliance.

Risk Management: Identify risks related to non-compliance with local content regulations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the company’s ICV performance aligns with both national and corporate goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance, with a strong focus on local content, ICV, or similar regulatory compliance in KSA.
  • Deep understanding of the In-Country Value framework, NIDC regulations, and Saudi Vision 2030 goals related to local content development.
  • Experience with Sage accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large sets of data related to ICV performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
