Our Deals practice helps clients navigate complex transactions, create value, and manage risk across the deal lifecycle. We combine deep industry expertise with innovative solutions to deliver strategic advice and execution support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital projects.
The Infrastructure Finance team is part of PwC’s global Infrastructure and Project Finance network of over 600 professionals. We advise public and private sector clients on infrastructure development and financing, supporting projects across power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure, and transportation.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading advisory mandates on infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, business cases, and market analysis
- Developing procurement strategies and evaluating options for large-scale capital projects
- Structuring complex commercial contracts and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (legal, financial, technical)
- Advising on project governance, risk assessment, and project management frameworks
- Supporting bid development and procurement processes, including bid evaluation
- Providing implementation advice through design and construction phases
- Driving business development initiatives and responding to RFPs across the region
- Building PwC’s market profile through industry engagement, publications, and conferences
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance skills and experience
- Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients
- 10 – 15 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project development, or financing from developer, consultant, or banking perspectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in project/construction management and procurement for large capital projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle and alternative contract types (DB, EPC, DBFO)
- Ability to draft business plans and conduct financial and commercial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Your flexibility to travel up to 30-40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
