Business Unit Overview

Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.

How You’ll Contribute

As an HR Operations/Admin Manager, you will work within a team of problem solvers to address complex business needs from strategy to execution. This client‑facing leadership role oversees the delivery of HR operational services in a managed services environment, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high‑quality execution across multiple clients. You will manage daily HR operations, enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with internal standards and client expectations, and ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws. By maintaining operational excellence and a structured service-oriented environment, the HR Operations/Admin Manager enhances service effectiveness, strengthens operational stability, and supports overall client satisfaction.

Daily Tasks & Delivery Expectations

HR Operations Oversight

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding aligned with local labor regulations and client‑specific requirements.
  • Ensure workflows, procedures, SLAs, and service standards are executed effectively and compliantly.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and client regulatory requirements, providing guidance to teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit‑ready HR records and documentation.
  • Implement and uphold policies, systems, and procedures that support efficient, compliant operations.
  • Lead compliance reporting, governance reviews, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Employee Services & Experience

  • Oversee delivery of high‑quality employee services and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive a positive employee experience through efficient, transparent, and user‑friendly processes.
  • Embed a service excellence culture that balances employee‑centricity with operational requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Efficiency

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support standardization of procedures, controls, and quality frameworks promoting consistency and accuracy.

HR Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Develop and enhance HR dashboards to provide real‑time performance visibility.
  • Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics, identifying service gaps and improvement areas.
  • Use digital tools and automation to strengthen reporting accuracy and operational insights.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and support teams across multiple engagements, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner.
  • Manage escalation channels, ensuring timely issue resolution and preventing recurrence.
  • Ensure alignment with managed services frameworks, SLAs, compliance requirements, and ongoing service enhancements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret, apply, and guide teams on compliance obligations.
  • Expertise in HRIS governance and data management, including oversight of system workflows, data quality frameworks, role permissions, and ensuring system integrity
  • Capability to design, optimize, and standardize HR processes, identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and performance reporting, including the ability to develop and interpret dashboards, analyze operational metrics, track SLA performance, and use data to drive operational and strategic decisions.

Years of Experience:
Minimum 7 years in HR Operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Designations & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
