Description

We are seeking an HR Associate Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role will support HR operations and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting employees throughout their journey at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and processing HR documentation
– Assist with onboarding new hires by coordinating orientation sessions, preparing materials, and ensuring a positive first-day experience
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner
– Support HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, recognition programs etc.
– Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements
– Coordinate logistics for HR events, training sessions, and team meetings
– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment support and answering basic benefits questions
– Generate reports and track HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
– Partner with HR Business Partners and Recruiters to support various HR projects and initiatives

A day in the life
You will be stationed inside one of the Amazon warehouses we call fulfillment centers, where there are more than 1000 employees ranging from operations department, support functions such as HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Projects etc

About the team
Riyadh FCs are located in Alsulay Warehouses district, South of Riyadh. The People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team is based on site and working on rotational shift basis. This job therefore will require rotating on monthly basis between morning and night shifts. The shift is 9 hours including 1 hour break. The site is operational 7 days a week, thus the team covers all shifts across the 7 days (including Fridays & Saturdays), thus the HR team covers all operational shifts.

Basic Qualifications

– 6+ months of human resources experience
– 6+ months of customer service experience
– 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

– 1+ years of human resources experience
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
