ROLE OVERVIEW
|
The Distributed Asset Development Manager of the Hydrogen Business Unit reports directly to the Managing Director of ENOWA Hydrogen. The position is responsible and accountable for the overall management and control of the hydrogen off-grid and mobility assets development and also to bring organisational discipline and support Managing Director of ENOWA Hydrogen to manage the organization effectively.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Distributed Asset Development Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Asset Develop Off Grid & Mobility team.
- Coordinate with the Head of Asset Development and PMO, managing all aspects of work (i.e. planning, cost control, risk management, engineering, execution,…)
- Track achievement status of milestones and budget for the Off Grid & Mobility projects.
- Provide leadership and accountability for delivering all ENOWA Hydrogen Business Unit assets as per planned targets and objectives.
- Manages multiple projects in the H2 sector, with daily execution responsibilities. Responsible for implementing and administering project and NEOM policies and procedures to successfully achieve project objectives.
- Oversee project managers, to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard. Provide leadership to strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time.
- Support in developing the ENOWA Hydrogen Business Unit execution strategy and related strategic plans for the Hydrogen Business Unit.
- Works with the AD team to develop technical/functional solutions to strategic project objectives solutions are derived from available resources provided internally and/or externally, including policies and procedures.
- Support Management in the activation the Hydrogen market in NEOM and implementation of Mobility and Off-Grid strategic plans.
- Provide effective leadership and staff supervision, including selection, training and development, bringing organizational discipline and support Managing Director of ENOWA Hydrogen in managing the organization effectively.
- Provide effective risk assessment and decision-making, and direction and leadership in implementing action plans.
- Coordinates the efforts to ensure smooth transition and take over of assets by Operations.
- Support in managing external third parties and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience within Renewable Energy, Chemicals & Petrochemicals or Oil & Gas industries.
- The role requires experience, execution and management and strong leadership.
- Extensive technical knowledge about climate change, the energy transition, and the clean hydrogen economy.
- Demonstrated articulate and persuasive experience in dealing with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to develop short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in managing complex organizations.
- Able to develop others and ensure a strong talent pipeline for the future. Strong experience in leading, inspiring and managing medium size or large teams.
- Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
- Able to foster a sense of team spirit within different departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Project management expertise
