We are looking for a Customer Transformation & Digital Lending Analyst to join our Financial Services Consulting team in KSA. In this role, you will support clients in transforming their customer experience and digital lending operations. You will help design data-driven solutions, improve customer journeys, and enable digital banking capabilities through process and technology enhancements.
- Support consulting engagements focused on customer transformation and digital lending strategy and implementation.
- Analyze customer journeys and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and digital enablement.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking on digital banking trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and process redesigns for banking clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional client teams across business, risk, operations, and technology.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals that communicate key insights and recommendations.
- Support project management activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in consulting, digital banking, or financial services transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, data analysis, or customer journey design.
- Knowledge of digital lending platforms, automation tools, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Exposure to leading digital transformation projects across the financial services sector in KSA.
