Job Description & Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join our high-performing Strategy team within the Deals Line of Service. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and transactions, supporting major government and private sector clients on high-impact growth, transformation, and investment decisions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and delivering growth strategy, corporate development, operating model design, and transaction advisory services across high-priority sectors such as transport & logistics, industrials, automotive, and construction. With several marquee opportunities on the horizon—including large-scale regional initiatives and a pivotal RFP win already in progress—this role offers the chance to operate at the forefront of regional transformation.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in the Industrials Manufacturing and Automotive sector, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Responsibilities

  •  8+ years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or in-house corporate strategy roles, with proven progression to Senior Manager level 

  • Demonstrated expertise in growth-focused engagements, not just cost optimization—must be able to think beyond traditional CDD work 

  • Proven track record of leading strategic planning, business reviews, market opportunity assessments, and feasibility studies 

  • Experience in transactions is essential—particularly with M&A, JVs, integrations, or spin-offs—with the ability to link these to long-term strategy 

  • Sector experience in industrial manufacturing, automotive, construction, and transport & logistics, ideally in the Middle East region 

  • Ability to operate across multiple business units, integrating cross-functional perspectives and driving complex transformation programs 

  • Strong client presence and comfort in leading in-person conversations with senior stakeholders 

  • Rigorous analytical skills, ability to excel at solving problems that require sound logical reasoning, creative thinking, fluency with numbers and ability to untangle complex issues 

  • Ability to project poise, confidence and professional maturity in both internal and external situations; engaging and concise with good interpersonal “presence”, comfortable both in the C-suite and team room settings 

  • Articulate and compelling verbal, written and presentation skills are vital 

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, pragmatic, someone who “rolls up the sleeves” and gets things done 

  • Arabic speaking considered a big plus 

  • Flexibility to travel at least 40% of the time
