Internal Job Description Overview We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist to join the Corporate Data Office Division of our Digital Transformation Admin Area.
The Corporate Data Office is responsible for establishing and executing world-class Corporate-wide data governance to ensure all data assets are proactively and efficiently governed and managed across Saudi Aramco, to foster a data driven organization and promote data value realization in line with its strategic goals as well to adequately comply with national and international data regulations.
Your primary role will be to lead and manage corporate-wide data governance activities as part of the Corporate Data Strategy, Governance and Architecture programs. You will focus on establishing and implementing the corporate data strategy, governance framework, policies, standards and practices at all levels of the organization in order to achieve the required level of data maturity and capability across the organization. Thus, enabling compliance with national data regulations, promoting a data driven business culture, modernizing data ecosystem and enabling data value realization. You will be required to work closely with all key business and operational areas to improve the control, quality, trust and value of core data assets and adequately meet regulatory and business data requirements.
