Description
Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries large and small get to where they need to be. As a DA and DSP experience Specialist, you’ll build connections, help partners put processes in place for efficient delivery, and smooth out any issues they experience, all with the aim of creating a partnership that’s successful for many years. You will leverage multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities, consolidate feedback, and work cross-functionally to address key improvement opportunities. You will also conduct roundtables with partners to keep a pulse check on sentiment.
Key job responsibilities
– Collect and analyze insights from multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities, then work cross-functionally with operations teams, ACES, and DEX teams to address structural challenges within established SLAs.
– Be the voice of the DA and DSP in Amazon SA
A day in the life
You’ll be based at one of our sites. Being on site allows you to stay close to every part of the delivery process and means you have visibility of everything to guide our logistics partners. You’ll look after all elements of our listening channels and will create a funnel to leadership on the key priorities they will need to address.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.
Basic Qualifications
– Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
– Bachelor’s degree

– 2+ years of industry experience
