As part of the Management Consulting team, you’ll shape how organizations operate, perform, and grow. We deliver end-to-end consulting solutions across Finance Transformation, Accounting Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Supply Chain & Efficiency Transformation, Enterprise Solutions and capability building through PwC Academy. It’s where business performance meets human potential, backed by technology, powered by purpose.

How You’ll Contribute_x000D_

As a Senior Associate in Workforce Transformation, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Analysis and Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed analysis of workforce transformation needs, review program outcomes, and ensure all deliverables meet the firm’s high standards.

• Digital Enablement: Utilize digital platforms and tools to enhance people strategy implementation and engagement, staying informed about emerging trends in workforce development.

• Team Support and Leadership: Provide feedback to Associates, lead discussions with junior team members, support project coordination, and ensure compliance with the firm’s governance and quality assurance policies.

What You’ll Bring_x000D_
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus. 
  •  3+ years in workforce transformation or consulting experience, preferably with exposure to client project support and workforce strategy implementation.
  • Strong analytical and consulting capability across organizational development, HR transformation, and workforce planning, contributing to people-centric project delivery.
  •  Applies structured thinking to assess organizational effectiveness through organizational diagnosis, process redesign, and policy implementation.
  • Demonstrates solid skills in talent management, performance management, and talent development to support client workforce strategies. 
  • Supports strategic HR planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives to improve employee experience and enable business transformation. 
  • Ability to analyze workforce insights, recruitment needs, and retention drivers to shape practical, high-value recommendations for clients.
