OU Description
As a Senior Manager in our ALMV practice, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering strategic asset management solutions for asset-intensive organizations across the Middle East. Based in Riyadh, you will lead high-impact engagements that integrate financial, operational, and technical dimensions of asset lifecycle management, while mentoring teams and building trusted client relationships. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive asset management frameworks, advising C-level stakeholders, and overseeing transformation programs that enhance asset performance, optimize lifecycle costs, and align with regulatory and strategic objectives.
- Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary asset lifecycle transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client strategy and regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating complex operational challenges into actionable asset management strategies.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide asset management systems, including policies, governance models, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Oversee the development of asset investment planning models (CapEx, OpEx, TotEx), lifecycle cost optimization, and asset rationalization strategies.
- Direct maturity assessments and benchmarking exercises using ISO 55001, EXPRO AFM, and other global standards.
- Guide the implementation of digital asset management solutions (e.g., CMMS, EAM platforms), ensuring integration with broader business systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in conducting business process reviews across planning, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in asset management, contributing to PwC’s knowledge base and client offerings.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth.
- Collaborate with PwC leadership to drive business development, proposal creation, and client relationship management.
- Proven experience leading asset management consulting engagements in the Middle East, particularly in KSA.
- Deep understanding of asset lifecycle frameworks, ISO 55001, and EXPRO AFM implementation.
- Expertise in asset performance analytics, criticality assessments, failure mode analysis, and lifecycle financial modeling.
- Strong background in digital transformation of asset management, including CMMS/EAM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in complex environments.
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure environments.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a track record of delivering results.
- Experience in digital solutions for asset management such as Asset Investment Planning AIP and Computerized Maintenace and Management System CMMS.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Business, or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as IAM Diploma, ISO 55001 Lead Auditor, CAMA, or SMRP are highly preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in asset management consulting or advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
