We are building a world class last mile operation, significantly complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). Amazon works directly with DSPs to make deliveries to our customers.

We are looking for a Compliance Enforcement Expert to join the Last Mile Network Health team. This person will work closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage the life cycle for Delivery Service Partners. As the team is relatively new, this role is a great opportunity to influence the overall DSP program, set processes and drive improvements.

The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities

– Support and execute multiple projects and tasks while ensuring timelines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
– Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and project execution.
– Create and maintain SOPs to standardize workflows and contribute to process improvements within the team or specific workflows.
– Assist in developing plans and roadmaps to support incremental growth and workflow optimization.
– Ensure project timelines are visible to team members and escalate resource needs or risks to leadership when required.
– Coordinate across teams to achieve alignment and consistent progress on shared goals.
– Build and maintain a balance between supporting, contributing, and leading within the team context.
– Demonstrate the ability to focus on tactical execution while gradually developing skills in strategic thinking and planning.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Coaching and Compliance teams, to foster a culture of growth and development within the DSP ecosystem.
– Utilize data analytics tools, Excel, and dashboards to track metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve team processes and outcomes.

A day in the life
You will support specific workflows and collaborate with regional teams within our delivery network. The Compliance Enforcement Expert will work with operations managers, account managers, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to support Delivery Service Partners during the life cycle phase. The Program Manager will contribute by analyzing defined problems, proposing actionable solutions for operational challenges, aligning with stakeholders (verbally and in writing), and delivering results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of program or project management experience
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
– Experience in MS Access and SQL
– Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
