Description

Amazon Now is Amazon’s quick commerce program in Saudi Arabia, operating in one of the most competitive and fast-moving retail markets in the region. As a Vendor Manager on the Anow SA team, you will own the end-to-end vendor relationship for a portfolio of suppliers, driving selection, availability, and commercial performance across our dark store and superstore network.

You will work closely with vendors to onboard new selection, close availability gaps, negotiate trading terms, and ensure our in-stock position meets the high bar required for quick commerce. You will use data to identify opportunities and gaps, partner with internal teams including Category Leadership, Supply Chain, and Operations, and translate vendor performance into customer-facing improvements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-first mindset. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders, and contribute directly to Anow’s growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key job responsibilities
– Manage and grow a vendor portfolio across assigned categories, building strong relationships and ensuring vendors are set up for long term success on the platform
– Drive selection expansion by identifying and onboarding new ASINs that align with category strategy and help achieve overall ASIN targets
– Improve numeric distribution and fill rates by working closely with vendors to optimize availability, reduce stockouts, and strengthen supply chain reliability
– Lead regular vendor business reviews to assess performance, share insights, and align on growth opportunities and improvement areas
– Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and deals, ensuring vendors are engaged and aligned to maximize impact

Basic Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree
– 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
– Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)
– Experience in online retail
– Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
