About Anow

Anow is Amazon’s quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials in 15 minutes from dark stores across Saudi. We are scaling fast toward market leadership in one of the most competitive quick commerce markets globally.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end performance of one or more product categories across Anow SA — from selection and vendor relationships through to availability, pricing, and commercial outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of retail, operations, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Own category P&L: GMS, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics for your categories
Drive selection expansion — identify entitlement gaps, onboard new brands and vendors, and prioritize the assortment that wins in the 15-min shopping occasion
Manage vendor relationships: negotiate terms, hold partners accountable on service levels and fill rates, and resolve supply constraints that drive SWOOS
Partner with Operations, Inbound, and Replenishment teams to translate demand signals into in-stock execution
Conduct competitive analysis (Ninja, Keeta, Noon, Hungerstation) to identify share-of-shelf gaps and category white space
Lead commercial moments — Back to School, National Day, Ramadan — with the right selection, inventory depth, and promotional plans
Work cross-functionally with Core Retail, RVR, and OHL to unlock listings and resolve systemic blockers

What We’re Looking For

8+ years in category management, buying, or retail merchandising; e-commerce or FMCG experience strongly preferred
Track record of driving selection growth and improving availability metrics at scale
Strong vendor negotiation skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
Ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment within a large company
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred

Why This Role
