Business Unit Overview

As part of the Management Consulting team, you’ll shape how organizations operate, perform, and grow. We deliver end-to-end consulting solutions across Finance Transformation, Accounting Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Supply Chain & Efficiency Transformation, Enterprise Solutions and capability building through PwC Academy. It’s where business performance meets human potential, backed by technology, powered by purpose.

How You’ll Contribute

As a Director in Workforce Transformation dedicated to the Financial Services sector, based in Saudi Arabia, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Clients, Market & Business Development

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships in the Financial Services sector in KSA (including banks, insurance companies, development funds, sovereign wealth funds, market authorities & regulators, asset & wealth management etc.), ensuring alignment between workforce strategies and organizational priorities while addressing challenges with agility and insight.
  • Business Development: Shape new Workforce Transformation offerings and identify growth opportunities in the Financial Services sector, collaborating across service lines to build integrated solutions that elevate our market presence and client impact. 
    • Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Workforce Transformation in the Financial Services sector, including priority clients, target accounts, propositions and pipeline build plans in KSA
    • Lead independent origination (non-RfP/ sole sourced) of complex workforce transformation opportunities by engaging C-suite and senior buyers, understanding their operational and transformation challenges in the Financial Services sector shaping outcome-led propositions.
    • Support the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification through proposal, deal shaping, negotiation and closing
    • Build market presence and credibility for the Workforce Transformation proposition in the Financial Services sector across KSA and Middle East  

Projects and Program Delivery

  • Project Leadership: Oversee high-impact transformation programs (often multiple projects / programs simultaneously) with Financial Services sector clients in KSA across multiple Workforce Transformation consulting services. including but not limited to:
    1. Operating model and organizational design
    2. Strategic and operational workforce planning
    3. Performance management and total rewards
    4. Competency/Skills framework development, talent assessment and upskilling, leadership development, talent management
    5. HR functional effectiveness (HR operating model, HR policies practices & procedures, HR process re-engineering, AI used cases in HR, intelligent automation in HR, HR technologies etc.)
    6. Change management, culture, employee engagement and employee experience  


Team Development

  • Team / Coachee Development: Coach and mentor team members on projects or those assigned outside of project on capabilities, supporting their professional growth through structured feedback, skills development planning, and continuous performance guidance. 
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred
  • 12-15 years’ experience in Workforce Transformation / Human Capital / Organization Effectiveness consulting with at least 6 years in the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven experience independently delivering:  
    • Commercial and business performance within KSA; a strong network in the Kingdom within the Financial Services sector preferred
    • Large-scale Workforce Transformation projects and leading teams of 5 – 6 project team members
  • Fundamental understanding of business and operational aspects of the Banking & Financial Services industry
  • Deep technical abilities in Workforce Transformation consulting services
  • Self-starter/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across functions and foster inclusive team dynamics
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
