The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for supporting Sales Leadership and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity. We own and deliver “run the business” operational cadences, build new mechanisms to support organizational growth and scale, and drive organizational initiatives.
AWS is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead in Saudi Arabia to join our team in the Middle East. This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence, where you’ll use data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders and their teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining business health and driving data-informed decisions across the region. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. You’ll be instrumental in delivering reports and conducting specialized business analyses that directly impact our decision-making processes.
Basic Qualifications
– 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
– Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
– Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
– Experience presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
– 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
