How You’ll Contribute_x000D_

As an HR Operation/Admin Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping address complex business issues from strategy to execution. The HR Operation/Admin Manager is a client‑facing leadership role within PwC Managed Services,responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR operational services within a managed services environment, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high‑quality execution across multiple clients. This role manages day‑to‑day HR operations, implements HR policies and procedures aligned with internal standards and client requirements, and ensures full compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. By driving operational excellence and maintaining a structured, service‑oriented administrative environment, the HR Operations/Admin Manager supports client satisfaction, strengthens operational stability, and enhances overall HR service effectiveness 

Daily Tasks and Delivery Expectations

  • HR Operations Oversight
    Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant service delivery across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding in line with local labor laws. Ensure HR workflows, procedures, and service standards are followed effectively and remain compliant with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Compliance & Governance
    Maintain strong awareness of local labor laws to ensure employment‑related actions are legal, ethical, and aligned with regulations. Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, employee data, documentation, and audit‑ready compliance files. Implement and maintain organizational policies, systems, and procedures to support efficient operations and compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Employee Services & Experience
    Manage employee inquiries and requests, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and timely resolution. Promote a positive employee experience through efficient, transparent, and user‑friendly administrative and HR processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Efficiency
    Identify opportunities to streamline HR and administrative processes, optimize service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency. Support standardization of procedures and promote a culture centered on consistency, quality, and accuracy.
  • HR Systems, Data & Reporting
    Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timely updating of HR systems and employee data to support reliable reporting and informed decision‑making. Oversee HRIS governance, documentation quality, and data workflows to maintain consistency, compliance, and smooth execution of HR activities.
  • Leadership Management
    Lead and manage team members to achieve departmental objectives, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance, support professional development, and ensure effective performance management within the team.
What You’ll Bring_x000D_
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws to ensure compliant adherence to HR operations processes.
  • Ability to maintain HR service delivery standards by handling employee inquiries, documentation, and employee lifecycle transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage and update HRIS systems accurately, ensuring clean data, secure records, and reliable HR reporting.
  • Competence in optimizing HR processes and systems by identifying inefficiencies, supporting automation, and maintaining consistent HR operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in HR data analytics, including metrics tracking, dashboard interpretation, and using data to support operational decisions.

Years of Experience:
Minimum 7 years in HR Operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Designations & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
