IFS is a network of specialist support professionals, which includes Clients & Markets, Finance, Human Capital, Marketing & Communications, Office Management, Risk & Quality, Technology, to name a few. Each function plays a vital role in making sure we have all the right resources, services and technology across our business.

 

Business Unit Overview

Human Capital at PwC Middle East is transforming how we deliver people services through Centers of Excellence, drives innovative workforce practices, and leverages seamless, tech-enabled solutions. We unify and standardize HC service delivery while remaining responsive to each Line of Service, fostering a culture rooted in agility, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. Our focus is on creating a future-ready workforce by aligning talent strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and building stronger HC capabilities—ensuring trust, equity, and operational excellence across the organization.

 

How you’ll contribute:

The Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and embedding DEI strategies that foster an inclusive culture and support the firm’s people strategy. This role partners closely with Human Capital, Leadership, and business teams to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are integrated across recruitment, engagement, development, leadership, and policies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy aligned with global, regional, and local priorities.
  • Translate I&D objectives into actionable initiatives, KPIs, and annual plans.
  • Lead the rollout of programs related to gender equity, social inclusion, disability inclusion, and inclusive leadership.
  • Monitor progress against I&D goals and develop reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Facilitate awareness sessions, workshops, and campaigns (e.g., inclusive interviewing, bias awareness, cultural competence).
  • Partner with internal networks, ambassadors, and champions to strengthen grassroots engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Representation

  • Collaborate with TA teams to embed DEI into sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions, interview practices, and assessments are inclusive and bias‑free.
  • Support diverse hiring strategies through data insights, talent partnerships, and targeted outreach campaigns.

Policy, Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with firmwide policies and local DEI regulatory requirements.
  • Review and refine people policies, processes, and guidelines through an I&D lens.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on diversity metrics and ensure ethical, inclusive practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with leadership, HC teams, business units, and external organizations to advance I&D goals.
  • Advise leaders on I&D best practices, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent the firm in internal and external DEI-related forums, committees, or events.

Learning, Development & Capability Building

  • Co-design and deliver I&D learning programs (e.g., unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, inclusive onboarding, cultural agility).
  • Coach people managers to support diverse teams and foster equitable growth opportunities.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Utilize people data and analytics to identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for leadership and governance committees.
  • Measure impact and continuously refine programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Human Capital, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation capabilities, including experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, draw insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across HR, leadership, and business units.
  • Program and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading initiatives end‑to‑end.
