Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across three regions, ensuring standardized processes and compliance with policies.
- Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes.
- Monitor and improve HR operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, employee satisfaction).
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six HR associates across different regions.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented culture within the HR operations team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify team development needs.
3. Process Improvement & Standardization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and process efficiency.
- Support implementing automation or digitalization opportunities in HR operations.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring it is followed across regions.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation for all HR processes.
- Mitigate risks related to data privacy, employee records, and HR transactions.
5. HR Systems & Reporting
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS.
- Working with relevant stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 – 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR operations management.
- Regional Experience: Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple regions or branches.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
