A career in our Cyber Secrurity & Digital Trust technology services will allow you to work under the supervision of cyber security leadership within the Digital & Cyber Consulting practice. Use strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. Provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. We are a growing team and looking for dynamic, flexible, proactive and hardworking consultants who have a passion for shaping cyber security positively in the GCC over the coming years. Roles & Responsibilities_x000D_

You will be working collaboratively in teams to advise clients around building resilience and sustainability by embedding measures to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from operational disruptions and incidents, with a particular focus on critical services and third parties, technology, data, premises and people.

You will:

· Develop and implement operational and technology resilience frameworks, policies, and standards.

· Lead end-to-end delivery of disaster recovery (DR) enhancement initiatives aligned with business continuity and hybrid infrastructure requirements.

· Conduct resilience maturity assessments and gap analyses against industry frameworks to identify improvement areas.

· Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines, and quality assurance.

· Design and implement resilient DR strategies across on-premises, multi-cloud, and third-party services.

· Develop realistic DR scenarios, including ransomware, data center outages, and cloud service disruptions.

· Establish structured workflows for DR testing and interdependency mapping across systems and business processes.

· Advise on cloud-native DR, automation, and orchestration for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.

· Evaluate existing tools and recommend vendor-neutral DR solutions.

· Integrate cyber recovery and ransomware response best practices into DR planning.

· Align recovery strategies with compliance and audit requirements.

· Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to embed repeatable DR and resilience practices.

· Support the design and execution of disaster management, emergency preparedness, and risk reduction frameworks.

· Ensure integration of DR with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to maintain uninterrupted critical services.

Skills and Competencies_x000D_

· Strong understanding of resilience and business continuity best practices and protocols, including knowledge of local and international BCM standards (ISO 22301, NIST, SOC 2).

· Credibility to engage senior business leaders, CIO/CTOs, the Head of ITSM, Head of Operational Resilience and technical SMEs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable resilience outcomes.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with significant experience in managing complex engagements and stakeholders, co-ordinating teams and delivering results on time and within budget; business development experience is a plus.

· Experience in designing and facilitating technical workshops and conducting TableTop Exercises and other business/technology resilience exercises.

· Hands-on experience with the ITIL Governance framework and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), automation tools, and orchestration frameworks.

· Preferred Qualifications include certification in one or more areas of resilience / BCM / DR from a recognised institution such as the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), ABCP, ACRP, CBCP etc.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications_x000D_

Education: B.A/ B.Sc.in Engineering, Business, Economics, and Science student from local universities

Minimum Years of Experience: 4-5 years of experience working in IT disaster recovery and technology resilience including infrastructure recovery, data center operations, and cyber resilience.
