Job Summary:
What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Solution Manager for our CP&I Managed Services tower. The ideal candidate will have 10 – 15 years of experience in developing and selling end-to-end managed services solutions for our managed services capital projects & infrastructure tower in the middle east. This role will be responsible for crafting tailored CP& I managed services offerings, driving business development efforts, leading client engagements, and positioning the organization as a strategic capital projects delivery partner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation

Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients for our CP& I ME tower.

Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings.

Collaborate with internal MS teams (delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal) to build winning proposals and value propositions.

Coordinate directly with the CP& I MS service tower lead regarding the proposals, job opportunities, wins & resources availability, etc..

Coordinate & collaborate with other LOSs leadership in building proposals, agree on available CP& I MS roles within other LOSs opportunities.

Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities.

Articulate and present complex managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders.

Support sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategy and internal capabilities.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation in the managed services space.

Proven ability to craft and sell CP& I tower managed services solutions.

Strong knowledge across CP& I managed services offerings (DMO, Time Control, Cost Control, Construction Claims Administration & Capital Procurement Services) .

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.

Experience in building TCO models and driving commercial discussions.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

PMP certified.

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or engineering.
