DESCRIPTION
The Vendor Manager – Workforce Staffing will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with third-party staffing vendors, ensuring reliable delivery of contingent and outsourced workforce needs. This role requires strong vendor management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence to secure the right talent at the right time while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Key job responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with workforce staffing vendors.
Act as the vendor relationship owner for staffing vendors, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Operational Management
Oversee the staffing plans with Workforce Ops team and fulfillment process with vendors, ensuring timely supply of workforce resources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (WFS, PxT, Operations, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure vendors meet agreed KPIs related to quality of hire, fill rates, cost efficiency, Amazon SCS compliance, and attrition goals.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all vendors comply with local labor laws, ethical recruitment standards, and company policies.
Monitor vendor adherence to contracts, service standards, and health & safety requirements.
Drive initiatives on ethical recruitment, fair treatment of workers, and compliance with international best practices (e.g., no recruitment fees, fair wages).
Performance & Data Analytics
Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics to leadership.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization across the vendor ecosystem.
Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and vendor performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
– 3+ years of supply chain experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
– Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in procurement
– Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reduction, or other benefits to the site
