ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager EPMO will focus on Oxagon’s real estate Development & Construction (D&C) program, facilitate communication and collaboration between the EPMO, Business Units and NEOM Central Planning team (War Room). Responsible for effective data collection, quality assurance, and reporting, responsible for D&C reporting both internally (Oxagon) and externally (War Room, PIF, etc.,) Drive continuous improvement and deliver enhanced value to the Business Units.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

The Senior Manager EPMO responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Focus on Oxagon’s real estate Development & Construction (D&C) program
  • Promote the development and improvement of the EPMO’s capability, productivity and performance
  • Lead the Oxagon-wide EPMO processes for an Oxagon business unit, including requesting data and sharing reports
  • Centralize and communicate the EPMO insights, to inform decision making owned by other parts of the organization
  • Responsible for stakeholder management on behalf of the EPMO, including engagement with corporate executives, board and government sponsors
  • Help facilitate reporting forums to identify and capture issues, identify emerging requirements, and enable integration across Oxagon teams
  • Drive process enhancements to ensure reporting and dashboards meet the needs of business units, and enable fact-based decision making and provide insights
  • Define and oversee the business requirements during the creation of additional reports, including Power BI outputs
  • Responsible for identifying and relaying elements of the strategic end-to-end summary plan, and supporting coordination of the program interdependencies at an enterprise level
  • Takes responsibility for leading or supporting ad hoc Special Projects as requested by the CEO
  •  Identification of continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization
  • Development and implementation of change projects across the OXAGON organization
  • Works closely with a variety of stakeholders to identify, scope and implement transformations that will positively impact the business as a whole
  • Organizes and delivers strategic and organizational wide transformation projects in line with OXAGON’s future strategic direction

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working in a PMO and/or leadership function
  • Strong experience in real estate development, infrastructure development and/ or construction management
  • Proven experience working in a PMO and/or leadership function
  • Experience using project management tools including Primavera 6, SAP, etc., and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data management, database
  • Experience presenting and facilitating discussions with senior executives General Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information and influence executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relavent field
  • Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage
  • Project Management qualification or equivalent experience (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
