If so, we want you to join our team as an OTR Investigator, focusing on investigations related to DNRs, missing items, behaviors, and policy violations.
Role Requirements
– Investigate OTR-related incidents: Analyze suspicious activities surrounding DNRs, missing shipments, and behavioral violations to mitigate risks to Amazon, our customers, and DSPs.
– Effective Communication: Engage via email and telephone with internal teams and external stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding operational risks.
– Enforce Policy Compliance: Uphold Amazon’s operational standards by enforcing policy guidelines related to OTR activities and ensuring a high-quality delivering experience.
– Fraud Detection: Stay vigilant in identifying emerging trends and patterns of fraud within OTR operations. Take proactive measures to minimize risks associated with these trends.
– Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across various business units to address issues that may impact financial, legal, and reputational risks.
– Productivity Standards: Meet weekly productivity and quality benchmarks for investigations, ensuring timely resolution of cases.
– Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake special projects and assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility in working hours, including potential weekend shifts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– High school or equivalent
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
– Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor degree or Higher
