Those in capital projects management at PwC will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, enabling them to be completed on time and within budget. Your work will demonstrate and build on strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders and resources.
A career in our Capital Project Services practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients understand where they might have vulnerabilities and develop solutions to manage the risks involved. We prevent, respond to, and remediate a wide range of business threats, risks and complex issues.
Our team helps clients plan, finance, manage and deliver large scale capital projects and infrastructure. You’ll help the team manage the risks of a capital project through planning, managing costs, developing goals that align with the business, and records management.

What to consider before applying
This role will be based out of either our Riyadh or Amman/Beirut/Cairo offices.
This role will entail frequent travel to remote site locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Proactively assisting in the delivery of several client engagements, while reporting to Managers and Senior Managers.

Working on masterplans, design management, construction management, asset development, CAPEX optimization, contract and claim reviews, dispute resolution, supply chain & procurement, project monitoring and controls, and governance across multiple industries such as real estate and infrastructure.

Providing expertise to clients who strive to deliver projects within constrained budgets or supporting them through challenging situations.

Establishing effective working relationships with clients and internal PwC colleagues.

Contributing to the development of your own technical acumen.
Role Requirements

3-7 years of experience working on the end-to-end development lifecycle of complex capital projects, large scale developments, or giga projects.

Strong project/program management, design management, and construction management skills

A confident communicator who is able to deliver compelling messages with impact in a passionate and credible manner to influence a wide variety of audiences;

A strong desire to learn, and become a well rounded project management professional

An individual who is passionate about the delivery of capital projects, and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levels

A strong academic and industry background and currently holds a senior position in their organization; we recruit individuals from Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar educational backgrounds, and an MBA and PMP Certification is preferred

An individual who is open to travel, both nationally and internationally.
