ROLE OVERVIEW

The Quality Lead is responsible for auditing the NEOM systems, processes and procedures as implemented in the Trojena Region.

The Quality Lead will be expected to assure conformance with NEOM systems, processes and procedures, to suggest opportunities for improvement and to identify any residual risks that could prevent Trojena from achieving its objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop internal audit schedule to cover critical processes for assessment.
  • Conduct assigned internal quality audits to methodically assess conformance with NEOM systems, processes and procedures.
  • Analyse audit findings and prepare audit reports that contains objective (data integrity) information.
  • Equip management for making data-driven decisions for future planning, resource needs and allocation, and other strategic decisions.
  • Identify potential residual risks and enable preventative actions that will reduce the negative impact of such risks on conforming with NEOM processes.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and procedures and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvements of the quality management system and subsequent product delivery.
  • Maintain the register for the Trojena Region on any new or revised technical documents issued by ETSD.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 5+ years of related work experience in the field of Auditing / Quality or Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of construction project Quality Management and the Project Life Cycle Processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Good knowledge of construction and project execution activities and processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with Stakeholders across all levels of the programme.
  • Good communicator (verbal and written) and a good command of English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or management systems’ requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high standard of English (oral and written).
